Fees

I am a preferred provider with Regence and Premera. If you are subscribed to one of these your insurance will be billed and you will receive a statement from NW Clinical Billing detailing co-pays owed.

For all other insurance plans, I am an out-of-network provider, and can give you a statement that you can submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed for fees you've paid for therapy.

If you won’t be using insurance your fee will be $160 per session unless we negotiate for a lower fee.
